When you have direct access to an extraordinary mountain range, a breathtaking lakes region, and an impressive stretch of coastline all boasting more outdoor activities than we could name in this sentence…what’s not to love?!
Not to mention, we’re within easy travel distance to great cities like Boston, Portland, Burlington, and Montreal…and if you’re looking to travel a bit further away, the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport has you covered with direct and connecting flights to multiple destinations.

Ideal for those seeking the more rugged and remote expanse of nature and all it has to offer, the Great North Woods encompasses the northernmost landscapes of NH as it borders Canada.

Home to some of New Hampshire’s most scenic and well-traveled attractions, the White Mountains offers a winter wonderland of outdoor activities quintessential to life and leisure in the 603.

Discover an entirely separate collection of lakes and mountains in the Dartmouth-Lake Sunapee Region, (often referred to as the Upper Valley and shares close ties with it’s neighbors across the river in Vermont) with no shortage of history, culture, great skiing, and world-class education to be found as well. Nature-lovers, outdoor enthusiasts, and health-minded individuals will feel right at home here!

Pick a lake, any lake! Many come to live out their most amazing summer dreams from Lake Winnipesaukee to Newfound Lake (one of the cleanest in the world, by the way!), it’s safe to say “boredom” is a word seldom uttered in this region.

As NH’s capital, Concord blends a walkable downtown, cozy coffee shops, and a packed calendar of fairs, (a great) farmers’ market, and community events with a strong civic pulse. It’s a hub for engaged young professionals, with easy access to parks, trails, and weekend escapes — your gateway to the Lakes Region and beyond, while still remaining close to NH’s more urban core and offerings.

From the idyllic and historic streets of Portsmouth and Exeter, to the sun-soaked beaches of Rye and Hampton, the Seacoast has no shortage of offerings no matter the season — plus walkable downtowns with great small business communities, nightlife, third spaces, and a great food scene.

‘Big’ city energy (but NH-style, so you still run into people you know!) The Queen City offers a bustling restaurant and bar scene with local shops for everyone into one buzzing downtown — plus a fast-growing arts scene with murals, museums, and creative spaces around every corner.
It’s the largest city in NH, but still full of green spaces, charming small towns surrounding it, and easy access to anywhere else in the state — not to mention plenty of diversity, third spaces, higher ed institutions, and an attractive job market for many industries. (And home to the world’s largest taco tour!) -
Where convenience meets culture. Nashua’s walkable downtown is packed with small businesses, great eats, and hidden gems — with major highways nearby making it easy to get anywhere (Boston included). One of NH’s most dynamic and diverse communities, offering a different rhythm with plenty of ways to plug in and find your people.

Pro tip: A scenic drive to see the fall foliage in the Monadnock Region gets you away from the crowds that flock north every year with just as much beauty — but you didn’t hear it from us! Plus, you’ll experience a myriad of arts and culture in addition to many outdoor activities for each season, and cute towns with close-knit communities.
