The Rising Stars Leadership Program offers a path for young leaders in New Hampshire to develop personal and professional leadership skills while building a strong understanding and connection to the different aspects that make New Hampshire the right place to Stay, Work, and Play.

Bringing together young people, legislators, and employers, the annual legislative reception is a casual networking event honoring NH’s under-40 legislators.
ONGOING
This traveling after-hours networking event spotlights each Young Professional Network in their home region, featuring local hotspots, NH updates & topics from the Stay Work Play crew, and a casual, fun way to connect with other young Granite Staters.
Helping to connect new Granite Staters to each other, longer term residents, and, ultimately to New Hampshire, the Welcome Home series hosts fun themed events across the state.
At this full-day summit, attendees hear from, and engage with, compelling young people who have made an impact in New Hampshire in the arts, social justice, business, politics, and more.

Every two years, we commission the state’s most comprehensive study of young people’s perspectives in the 603. The 2025 findings were unveiled on November 6. See the results here.
RETURNING IN 2026!
This traveling pop-up series brings together young people (21+) at craft breweries across NH to discuss the factors influencing their choice to stay in—or leave—the state (and their respective region).
