At Stay Work Play, we know that interns who feel connected to a place are far more likely to imagine building a future there. In fact, research shows students are 2x more likely to stay in the state where they intern after graduation.
That’s where the NH Interns Program comes in.
This free summer series helps interns across New Hampshire:

THE 2026 SUMMER SERIES: A GLANCE
Summer Kickoff Social:
June 18
📍 The Moka Pot, Manchester
⏰ 5:30-7pm
Join us and meet up with fellow interns at one of the Queen City’s coolest (+ coziest!) lounge spots, The Moka Pot. At 7pm, the night shifts into a live performance venue, “The Listening Room”, where the best local talent is on display.
Lunchtime Virtual Webinars:
July 23 + August 3
📍 Zoom
⏰ 12 - 1pm
Virtual sessions focused on personal branding, workplace wellness, AI in the workplace, and turning internships into full-time career opportunities.
Summit + Rooftop Social:
August 10
📍 Arts Alley, Concord
⏰ 12:30 - 5:30pm
End your summer on a high note.
Interns in this program receive free access to NH Nexus Summit — our premier leadership event for young professionals in New Hampshire. This half-day summit ends in a rooftop social overlooking Concord with the friends you’ve made this summer, and during the day!
