Corinne Benfield is the Executive Director of Stay Work Play NH, where she is leading the organization with a clear vision to make New Hampshire a top destination for young talent. With a passion for empowering young people and building vibrant communities, Corinne is committed to addressing the state’s most pressing challenges—affordable housing, workforce development, and work-life balance—so that young people can thrive in the Granite State.

Corinne brings a collaborative, forward-thinking approach to her role, fostering partnerships across sectors to ensure that New Hampshire’s future is both innovative and inclusive. Under her leadership, Stay Work Play is focused on creating pathways into high-growth industries, advocating for housing solutions, and ensuring access to resources like childcare and mental health services that support the well-being of young people and their families.

COURTNEY STARRETT

Courtney Starrett is the Engagement and Communications Manager for Stay Work Play NH, where she leads the organization’s storytelling, design, and digital engagement efforts. With a background in event management and marketing, Courtney creates the graphics, manages the website, newsletters, and social channels, ensuring Stay Work Play’s work reaches young people across the state.

Courtney is passionate about advocacy, with a particular focus on early childhood education in New Hampshire. She takes pride in supporting programs and policies that help young families thrive and enjoys connecting Granite Staters with resources, events, and opportunities that strengthen their communities.

Whether through compelling design, engaging digital content, or community-focused initiatives, Courtney’s work highlights the real stories of New Hampshire and helps young people see the state as a place where they can grow, belong, and build a life they love.
