We're excited to bring back our summer uphill series for Season 7 of Friday Night Vertical at Cranmore Mountain. This series is for all abilities so whether you run or hike it doesn't matter:

• Dates (10): 5/30, 6/6, 6/13, 6/20, 6/27, 7/4, 7/11, 7/18, 7/25, 8/1 (Finale).

• Time: For those who want a head start, you can hop on the course anytime after 6:00PM. The group start is at 7:00PM and there will be no official timing. Pizza afterward, location Arlberg building.

• Cost: $5 (venmo @wmskico is a great option!)

• Waivers - there are two waivers to fill out, one time for the season. RTW and Cranmore.

• Cranmore has a no dog policy.

• No alcoholic drinks allowed on premise including the parking lot.
