The Garden Party at Pumpkin Blossom Farm is a reflection of summer as we experience it - vibrant, delicious, and meant to be shared.
This is an evening that reflects the ease, abundance, and rhythm of the season. Held on the cusp just before the lavender fields burst into bloom, there’s a gentle energy on the farm at this time of year. The air feels expectant, the fields are humming, and something special seems to unfold as day turns toward evening.
The evening centers around a lavender infused culinary experience, with thoughtfully arranged charcuterie tables in the barn featuring local meats and cheeses, seasonal fruits, and produce. New this year, step outside to find 3 culinary stations among the fields, and interact with the chefs as they create fresh pasta, kebabs, and more under the light of the setting July sun.
The menu is prepared by our good friend, Chef Bryan Leary of Perspective Catering. A New England native, Bryan is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, where he received the Golden Key Award for Upcoming Chefs. After working in kitchens across the country, he returned to New Hampshire to focus on farm-to-table cooking, seasonal menus, and food education. He now lives and works on his family farm, A Bit Leary Farm, in Sutton, NH, where sustainability and community are central to his work.
Bespoke lavender beverages & cocktails will be served at the Zen Bar - our twinkle lit gathering spot tucked away in the barn, featuring our brand new lavender infused beverage line, purpl, and our flagship Lavender Simple Syrup. A small batch lavender infused craft beer brewed by our friends at The Last Chair Brewery in Plymouth, NH, as well as a selection of wine will also be available. Guests are encouraged to wander the fields, enjoy the sunset on the hillside, and settle in and listen to the crickets chirp as the farm moves from day to dusk.
Live acoustic music will play throughout the evening, offering a relaxed backdrop that leaves plenty of room for conversation. More information on our musician coming soon…
