A half-day summit convening young professionals, community leaders, employers, policymakers, and advocates to explore how early care and education (ECE) shapes New Hampshire's workforce, economy, and future.
Through personal stories, cross-sector conversations, and innovative solutions, attendees will leave with a deeper understanding of the issues…and the confidence to help shape what's next.
The future of New Hampshire won't be shaped by one policy or one organization. It will be built through collaboration, by people willing to ask better questions, listen to different perspectives, and work across sectors to create solutions.

You’ll start with a networking lunch designed to spark intentional conversations, followed by a dynamic summit experience featuring panels and breakout sessions across sectors shaping New Hampshire today — from early childhood education and workforce systems to innovation, community-building, and beyond.
We’ll wrap the day where great ideas continue: a rooftop social with the people you just met, and the ones you didn’t know you needed to.
